NixConnects Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates our platform, an AI-powered business platform that brings together customer relationship management (CRM), corporate governance and secretarial tools, invoicing, electronic signatures, email and calendar integration, and AI-driven recommendations (the “Platform”). We care about your personal data protection. This Notice clarifies how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal data in accordance with the applicable laws, to ensure your personal data is well protected.

Collection of Personal Data

We collect various categories of personal data, including but not limited to contact information (e.g. your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, nationality), account and profile details (e.g. username, password, role, and preferences), business information (e.g. company name, job title, employer, business registration details), financial details (e.g. bank account and certain payment or billing information), online identifiers and technical data (e.g. IP address, device and browser information, log data), content you create or upload to the Platform (e.g. contacts, deals, documents, invoices, messages, and signatures), government-issued identification, and biometric data where applicable.

Customer Data and Your Responsibilities

The Platform enables you to store and process personal data relating to your own customers, contacts, and other third parties (“Customer Data”). Where you upload or input Customer Data, you act as the data controller (or its equivalent) for that data, and we process it on your behalf as a service provider in accordance with your instructions and this Notice. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis to collect and share such Customer Data with us, and for responding to requests from the individuals concerned.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We may process your personal data to provide, personalise, and improve the Platform and our services. This includes but is not limited to creating and managing your account, delivering and managing our services, subscriptions, promotions, and rewards, generating AI-driven insights and recommendations, automating workflows, verifying identity, conducting due diligence, assessing risk, personalising your experience, streamlining interactions, ensuring security, troubleshooting issues, analysing usage trends, enabling user communication, and inviting participation in surveys.

AI-generated outputs are intended to assist you and may not always be accurate or complete, and we encourage you to apply your own judgement before relying on them.
